Battle On

To God's Beloved At Cloverdale Baptist Church:

It is good to be a part of God's family, and a joy to serve Jesus with you! Your prayers for the hurting family, and love showed in service for the for them was amazing. So many in our baseball and school world have commented what an amazing church we have, and I agree, God's grace is at work in you, and through you and we showed God's love in action together. Thank you! Please continue to pray and act in accordance with the love God has called on us to have!

"To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing" (Martin Luther) May our prayers continue to go before the throne of grace for help in our time of need! Please continue to pray for our role in TGC-BC as we seek God's best there for churches in our region! We are longing for strength doctrinally, passion evangelistically, and unity on mission together in love for God's glory!

Last Sunday we talked about the reality of spiritual warfare and how it impacts every day life, and the best way to fight is to know we are in a battle and stay true to God and His Word in all of life. Be strong in the LORD as you continue your journey, and as you choose obedience always!

Sunday is Coming:

Title: The Battle Plan:

Text: Ephesians 6:10-20
Why is a growing relationship with Jesus the most important thing in our fight against sin and the demonic realm?

How can you choose submission so that when you resist the devil he flees from you (James 4:7)?

How can we learn to see life through the lens of Scripture, and constantly have our world view transformed by the renewing of our minds?

How can we live with our battle plan in place?:

No Fear
Relational Devotion
Relational Submission
Word Saturation
On Mission
Holy, over Happy
Living with the full armour of God on
I am excited about what God has in store for us in the coming months and years, should Jesus not return first!

Make sure to mark your calendars and be praying about the AGM on May 30.
Proud to be your pastor,

Rob
