Coming To Your From The Cabin On the Lake

To God's Beloved At Cloverdale Baptist Church:

It has been a good week teaching in the interior.  This week I have the privilege of spending time with young men training to be pastors at Millar.  It is always exciting to people with a hunger for God and His ways and to be a part of what God is doing here, and through this ministry around Canada.  Fun to teach, pray and rejoice with God's people here.  Thank you for praying for me and on your behalf having Cloverdale Baptist Church being a part of things so much larger than our own local church.  Truly a joy!

As we continue to pray for revival, and personal relationship with Jesus that drives and defines us it is a privilege to be a part of our church family that pursues this.  I do miss Lori and the kids, and the you all, but it is a joy to serve Jesus on your behalf here.

Remember that Sunday School starts again this coming Sunday for all ages!

Remember to carry on in your Bible read, and to keep, or at least continue to try to keep your resolutions!

Remember, God is amazing, salvation is real, and He has a plan for you and your life, that as you walk in, will change eternity!

Remember our goal is to out honour one another, so seek to encourage and love those who come across your path this week!

Please continue to pray for our refugee family as we continue to long for them to come to Canada and serve Jesus with us here.

Sunday Is Coming:  REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR BOOK, AND USE IT TO GROW TOGETHER

Title:  Pursuing A God Honouring Culture:  Each One Reach One

Text:  Matthew 9:35-38; Luke 9:57-10:3

Why is pointing people to Jesus an important part of who we are as a church family?

What does this text teach on the cost of following Jesus?  What do you think this cost is for you?

How can you be one who obeys the call to pray for workers?  To be someone who shares the Gospel as God gives you opportunity?

What are some ways that we as a church can become a place where each of us is seeking to show others how amazing God is?

How does this cost tie into our willingness to live our lives in a way the displays the beauty of Jesus, and His Gospel?

What does compassion look like in our culture for the lost?  How does this passage help us understand this?

Looking forward to coming home tomorrow, covet your prayers on the drive,

Pastor Rob
