To God's Beloved At Cloverdale Baptist Church:
It is good to hear how God is using you to reach out into our communities with Gospel conversations. Love the questions and stories, as we continue our series on CREATING A CULTURE OF EVANGELISM. The key to becoming who God wants us to be will be each of us who know God seeking to reach out and use our lives and lips to do the good works He has prepared in advance for us to do.
This week, continue to take small steps to being better at praying for and reaching out to those God has placed in your path! You are here for a purpose, and God will continue to bring you opportunities as you pray for them, and seek them.
Pray for workers in the harvest, and pursue being one.
Pray for a Biblical understanding of greatness, and pursue it. POINT TO JESUS with your life and lips, and as God gives you the opportunity invite people to our services and help them understand what we do and why.
Missions Fest: With Missions Fest going on this week in Vancouver we are focusing on missions. Our Youth and Adult Sunday School will be an opportunity to hear from our missionaries, and Sunday morning we will hear from Jack Eggar, a missionary with Global Children's Network.
Missions Fest: Bus leaves at 10:00, Saturday Morning. Pastor Rob is helping Jack Eggar lead a breakout session at Missions Fest on Saturday at 11.
Please continue to pray for our own missionaries as they serve Jesus here and around the world. We are privileged to be a part of what God is doing through our people, prayers and love. Keep it up!
MEETING: We have a Congregational Meeting, right after our morning service to hear more about Robyn, and to vote to affirm her role as Director Of Children's Ministries. This is an exciting time for us as a church, so please join us in praying for, and pursuing God's will in this. January 28...
Please keep praying for the church in Canada, especially for TGC Canada, and BC, as we seek to impact churches for God's glory. We live in a world that will not always accept who we are and what we believe, so in the midst of this let us shine brightly for God's glory!
Sunday Is Coming:
Guest Preacher: Focus will be on Deuteronomy 6, take the time to meditate on this passage, and ask God to help you to gain through this a heart for children's ministry, and the opportunities we have to impact the world.
