Greetings God's Beloved @ CBC:
This week I am in Ottawa, representing our church, and province at the inaugural Gospel Coalition Canada meetings. This is exciting for us as we seek to gather many like minded churches to increase our Gospel impact in Canada. Please pray that I would have wisdom and that together we would be a part of something bigger than ourselves for God's glory in Canada.
NEWS: We are having a BAPTISM service on March 20. This is exciting as we see servants of Jesus obey Him in this great ordinance. Please talk to an elder or pastor if you would like to be a part of this celebration. Baptismal pamphlets are available on the welcome desk if you would like more information.
Reminder: TIME CHANGE is this Sunday. Make sure you SPRING FORWARD, so that you are on on time at service. I prefer gaining an hour, but to gain one later you have to lose one now, so I suppose it works out.
Reminder: Memorize the verse of the month. It is a great verse, and worth spending time meditating on. PSALM 16:8 "I have set the LORD always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be shaken". When we are aware of His presence, our gaze fixed on Him, we will avoid sin, and have incredible confidence. The world around us is shaking, but in His presence we stand firm!

It is my longing for us all that when people come into contact with us, they will come in contact with Him, because Christ is formed in us (Galatians 4:19), spend time fixing your eyes on Him, and as you have this one magnificent obsession you will become like Him!
