NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WITH
NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS
The Elders of Cloverdale Baptist Church hereby give Notice of an Annual General Meeting.
It will be held at the following time and place:
Meeting: Annual General Meeting of Cloverdale Baptist Church
Date: Wednesday, November 17, 2021
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: In the Sanctuary of Cloverdale Baptist Church at 18685 – 64th Avenue, Surrey BC
Content: Usual general business, ministry reports, financial statement and special resolutions.
The following Special Resolutions will be considered:
- “That the Deacons’ request approval for $50,000 of the 2020/21 surplus to be allocated to a Deacons discretionary fund.
This may be used for capital expenditures and other onetime projects during the 2021/22 fiscal year that are not covered by ministry budgets as previously approved by the congregation in Spring 2021.”
- “That Paul Weme be affirmed to the office of Elder for a three-year term commencing September 1, 2021.”
Note: Child care will be provided during the meeting.
