A Little Late

To God's Beloved At CBC:

Remembrance day has come and gone, and it is an important day for Canadians to remember those who have gone before us, and those who are in our Armed Forces now.  I appreciate those who are willing to risk their lives for our freedom!  If you have served, or are serving, THANK YOU!

This is also a reminder for us to praise Jesus who has died to purchase for us eternal freedom!  Jesus death and resurrection has changed our present and our future!  Let's remember our soldiers and let it drive us to the even more important remembrance of Jesus and all He has done for us (2 Corinthians 5:21).  If you are serving Him, or have served Him, THANK YOU, and may our service increase with our love!

Encourage you to continue to make prayer a central part of your life as you pursue God, and His glory with us.  We are dependent people and apart from Him we can do nothing!

As Spurgeon said, "prayer can never be in excess".

Sunday is coming:

Text:  Mark 10:46-52

Title:  Learning To See

How does the context of the disciples blindness help us to understand this text?

Why is knowing our need so essential to responding to Jesus?

How can we notice people who need Jesus and love them like Jesus did?

Where do you think that you struggle with blindness and need Jesus help to see as He wants you to?

Looking forward to another GREAT SUNDAY!
