Good Morning Cloverdale Baptist Church Family:
I am sad to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control we will not be moving into the new sanctuary this week. We still are hoping and praying that next week will find all of our ducks in a row and permit in hand. So the plan, God willing, is to be in the new sanctuary June 28.
It is hard for me to receive and give this kind of news...however, I know from experience that disappointment is His appointment for something better. When we didn't get our building permit in time, it saved us a lot of money. God has His reasons even as we continue to pray for what we believe to be best.
So our plan is to listen carefully to emails and other official communications, to communicate as much as we can what we do know and to join together in prayer, trust and unity in our pursuit of God's best for our church family and the glory of our KING.
Here is the official information we want you to know, and we want you to tell as many people as you can...
Service This Sunday: In the OLD SANCTUARY at 10:30 am.
There will be no KIDS CHURCH, nor will we have nursery or any other church supplied care for kids until we are in the new facility. We will rejoice as young families join us as whole families in the sanctuary, and/or relax in the foyer if needed.
Thank you for your unity, joy, prayers, and help in this time of transition. I don't expect it to be easy, but I can't wait to join you in serving as we can for the glory of our KING!
See you Sunday, ready to hear from our God, and rejoice in His love for us! Also if you are willing to help pack up, and any other moving helps please contact one of our deacons!
Remember, 10:30, one service, Old Building...please tell anyone and everyone you know who attends our church family gathering. The more communication the better.
