Please Pray!
As of yet we do not have our permit, but we are working towards it...WE NEED YOUR PRAYERS. Please pray that God would give wisdom to the people who are seeking to get us the Provisional Permit, and that we would have favour with those making the decisions on our permit. I am looking forward to getting into the building, but also am aware that God's timing is best, so as we seek what we believe to be best let us continue to trust God and seek to bring Him glory! We are not sure yet what the future holds in terms of this, but we do know who holds the future, and He promises to hear us when we pray, so PLEASE PRAY!
Let us then respond to this situation and any hiccups it brings, and PRAY!
We will try to update you as we know more, and as we trust God to move with power in this place for His glory!
Sunday is coming, and we do not yet know if we will be in the building or not, so that will shape the content of the sermon. I need your prayers for this as well, as we try to be very prepared for whatever God allows.
Don't FORGET, we have a congregational meeting Thursday, June 25. It will be in the old church and the meeting begins at 7:00. We hope to bring to the congregation an update on the building as well as elders and deacons proposed for the congregation to affirm. It is always great to gather together as a family to seek God's will for our future, so please make this a priority, and join us in seeking God's favour and direction.
We will try to communicate more as we know it, including how to prepare your hearts for Sunday. Thank you for joining us in our struggle in prayer!
