To God's Beloved At Cloverdale Baptist Church:
One of the roles that we have in the lives of one another is to BE ENCOURAGERS!
In reviewing the history of our church (93 years) there is SO MUCH TO BE ENCOURAGED BY! More on this later, but this family has done so much good around the world that the only possible explanation is God's Spirit has chosen to bless way beyond our little community (millions and millions impacted).
Our past is RICH, and our future BRIGHT. This same God will use us moving forward as we commit our lives to Him. Yes the battle is real, and the need for God's help HUGE, but our past shows us our future is bright! Be encouraged, God has used this family for massive impact in the world. Be encouraged, God will continue to use us in our weakness for MASSIVE IMPACT for His Glory.

We are trying to be a church family where EACH ONE INVITES ONE. Would you please join us in this! This is so important as we as a church family seek to impact our sphere of influence. This week received emails that report great responses to invites, and because of your faithfulness people are hearing the Gospel, some for the first time. Join us, and if you have already invited one, yes you meet your quota, but go ahead and invite another! God is at work, as we seek to be those influencing our world for Him!
Lori and I are preparing for our trip to minister to house church leaders from a persecuted country and have been so encouraged by your generosity! We are so blessed to have a family that cares about other believers around the world! We have a ways to go, so encourage you to keep giving, and we will also be trying to raise Lori's full support, so watch for more on that! THANK YOU! We are so ENCOURAGED by your missional thinking and GREAT SUPPORT!

- Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil...what do you think this means?
- How did Jesus do this?
- What does the devil do to try to hurt Jesus and His bride?
- Why is the Gospel so central for any and every fight we are in as Jesus followers?
- Why does this destruction matter to us in our lives right now in Canada?
- How can we live in light of this battle reality, knowing Jesus has won, and knowing we have to engage?
- How does this reality change how I feel, think, and live right now?
The better you prepare your heart to hear from God, the more the Sunday service can be transformational in your life!
Remember...ENCOURAGE SOMEONE...no really, right now, send an email, make a phone call, give some spiritual blessing.

Christmas Eve Service
Saturday, Dec. 24th / 6:00 pm / Sanctuary A great evening to celebrate Jesus’ birth with Christmas carols, a devotional from Pastor Rob, and a children’s presentation—every child aged 0–12 will receive a gift bag to take home too! Invitations available at the Ministry Centre.
Children’s Ministry Christmas Break
The Children’s Ministry will be on a break on December 25th and January 1st and will return on January 8th. This includes Discipleship Classes and Kids Connection, though the Nursery will remain open but parent-supervised only. Contact Pastor Dwight for any questions. FELLOWSHIP HALL is open for YOUNG FAMILIES to use as they feel the need.
